At Endy Arts, we embrace emerging technologies — including AI — as tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and storytelling. However, these tools are always used with human oversight, ethical intent, and full respect for original creators.

My commitments:

  • Human-Centered Craft: AI never replaces artistic judgment. It augments, accelerates, and enhances — but final decisions are made by me, with attention to emotional tone, storytelling, and visual integrity.
  • No Exploitation of Artists or IP: I do not train, deploy, or use AI models based on stolen, scraped, or unlicensed creative works. I only use AI systems trained on public domain, licensed, or ethically sourced data.
  • Consent-Based Practices: If AI is used in a project, it’s disclosed to the client and applied with purpose — not as a shortcut, but as a tool for elevating quality or solving creative problems.
  • Bias Awareness: I choose AI tools with transparency and fairness in mind, and actively review results to mitigate bias or distortion.
  • Transparency Over Hype: I do not market AI tools as magical replacements for creativity. I offer them as part of a clear, accountable workflow that respects your vision and goals.

How I Work & What You Can Expect

Transparency builds trust. Here’s how I ensure clarity and confidence throughout our collaboration:

1. Clear Scope, Real Results

Before work begins, I’ll define the scope of services, deliverables, timeline, and expectations. You’ll know what’s included, what’s optional, and what’s possible.

2. AI-Enhanced Workflow (Disclosed)

Some tasks may benefit from responsible AI tools (e.g. cleanup, roto, multi-version exports). If AI is used:

  • It will be noted on the project breakdown
  • You’ll retain full rights to the output
  • No AI-generated content will be used to imitate or misrepresent any individual, brand, or IP

3. You Own What You Pay For

Final deliverables, unless stated otherwise, are yours to use according to the agreed license or contract. No hidden watermarks, no vendor lock-in.

4. Confidentiality and NDAs

Your materials are safe. I operate with strict privacy and non-disclosure, whether formalized through contract or not. I treat every client project with the discretion of a trusted studio partner.

5. Creative Partnership, Not Gatekeeping

This is a collaborative space. I’ll guide you through the technical landscape, help solve problems, and adapt to shifting creative or business needs with transparency, speed, and expertise.
