In early 2022 I had the opportunity to develop key visuals for final picture, work directly with client production, and lead a new team of Visual Effects Artists at Crafty Apes to execute a variety of effects for this sequel to a popular Disney property.
KEY PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Developed junior talent to accomodate to a fast-paced vfx environment.
Maintained a high-quality vfx output for Disney Streaming Service.
Managed significant multi-shot sequences of key visual looks and effects.
This was one of my first VFX Supervising projects at Crafty Apes, working in tandem with Co-VFX Supervisor Laura Hill. This project had placed significant attention toward matching key visuals from the Production’s Art Department, and lead our team to develop a strategic Quality Control process. With many complex shots, this production required working with multiple artists and vendors, at each stage of developing the look of our effects; to ensure a seamlessly integrated final product.
